Unboxing the ‘Best Time of the Year’ December Glossybox. | Blogmas

Hiya lovelies! We’re past the half way point now and I can’t believe there’s less than two weeks until Christmas now! This morning I woke up to one of my favourite packages that I could get through the door; the Glossybox December 2020 box. It felt like Christmas has come early for me and, after taking a break from this post last month, I couldn’t not share this one with you. So, here we have the contents of the ‘Best Time of the Year’ Glossybox.

Palmers Cocoa Butter Formula Original Body Lotion:

First up we have the Palmers Body Lotion which, surprisingly even after all the hype, I’ve never tried this. There’s no better feeling that freshly moisturised skin and mine is certainly gasping for it after the cold weather has been taking its toll. This is actually the only travel size product in this months box but it’s surprisingly big and will give me a good few times to try it before my verdict is made. Have you tried this body lotion yet? If you have, please let me know in the comments.

Symbosis Glycolic Acid + R.N.A Overnight Rejuvenating Eye Serum:

Glossybox always introduce me to such great products and brands in general, but the skincare products I’ve found through them are unmatched. I don’t seem to switch up my daily moisturisers as often as I previously did, but I’m always using different eye creams to try and find the best one out there. Glycolic acid is really good for hydrating the skin and has anti-ageing properties which is everything you could want in an eye cream really; I’m expecting good things from this little tube.

Wander Beauty, INC Gold Eye Masks:

These gold eye masks are a godsend for me right now as this cold weather has been having a drastic effect on my skin and making it really dry, particularly around my eyes. I’ve checked the reviews of these and everyone seems to be going crazy for them, which makes me feel like it’ll save my skin. They’re also gold and shiny which is giving me all the festive vibes.

SportFX Blend and Go Makeup Sponge:

Now, we can always do with another makeup sponge, can’t we? It’s been a while since I last tried a ‘new’ makeup sponge and it’s about time I pick up my series again. This SportFX one feels very soft and squidgy, it looks a great shape for blending into the hard to read areas, like the nose and under the eyes; I’m hoping it expands when it damp. I’m looking forward to trying it out!!

Nail Berry Polish in Strawberry Jam:

Lastly we have the most stunning deep red, pink nail polish from Nail Berry in the shade Strawberry Jam. Although I’m not really using regular polish at much, this is such a stunning colour and it looks really good quality. It does have mixed reviews online, but most people have said that it applies really well, drys quickly and lasts a while; doesn’t that sound like the dream, especially when you’re doing your own nails (we all know that hassle haha).

Thank you so much for taking the time to read this post, I really hope you enjoyed hearing all about the December Glossybox, especially after a little break from sharing last month’s. I’m actually so pleased with every item that was included in this months box; they really went all out for Christmas. I’m very excited to see what they include in January’s box. Let’s hope they start 2021 off with a banger of a box, just as they’re ending this year. I hope you all had a fab weekend and I will see you tomorrow with a new post!
