October Favourites. || Blogtober

Hi there and welcome to my October Favourites post. I always like to try out new products as often as I can and this month has not dissapointed as every favourite I have included in this post has been either a new purchase or a product I’ve actually started using religiously in the last 4 weeks. I really hope you enjoy hearing about the products I have been loving, but what are they?

Jaclyn Hill x Morphe ‘Ring the Alarm’ Palette
My first favourite for October is the Jaclyn Hill x Morphe palette and I recently used this in an Autumnal Makeup Look post, so you may have see me mention it before. I have really been loving this palette because it’s so perfect for autumn, the shadows are really smooth and easy to blend, it’s really versatile because it has neutral colours as well as more bold, so you don’t always have to go out of your comfort zone if you didn’t want to. And it’s also quite a petite palette so will be perfect for travelling with. It has a mirror built in which makes it so easy for seeing up and close when doing your makeup but again with travelling or getting ready on the go.
Kiss Lashes
After being kindly gifted some of the Kiss Lashes from Alex Silver PR, they have quickly become my go-to. The style Organza has to be my favourite because they’re fairly natural looking so are good for everyday and they also aren’t to big for my eyes which is a godsend because I have such small eyes and they fit them perfectly. The other styles I have are Lacey and a Chiffon which I have worn once each and they’re a bit more thick and longer, however they’re also really comfortable to wear, and apply super easily.
Environ Derma-Lac Lotion
The Derma-Lac lotion from environ is a toner that is sold as a body product, however it can be used on the face too. Its ingredients include lactic acid which gives a peel effect on the skin to give it a glowy, healthy look whilst also feeling soft. This, along with a few other environ products, has help to clear my skin and I am very happy with the way it’s looking at the moment.
Espa Pro Cleanser
Last but not least is the Espa Pro Cleanser which is my new favourite cleanser however it is a 3 in 1. With a cleanser, exfoliate and mask … it literally does it all. It makes my skin feel so fresh afterwards and I can see and feel how much it clears out my pores and takes away and dry skin each time. It’s also good for the environment because the exfoliating beads are made of jojoba so essentially they melt and turn to nothing. It is a bit more pricey than your other cleansers but considering how well it works, I think it’s well worth the price.
I’m very happy with the new products I have been using this month and I can’t wait for all the Christmas gift sets to come out and to see which products will be included in my next favourites posts in the months coming up.
