Full Face Autumnal Glam Makeup Look. | Blogtober

During lock down I was doing eye looks every single day for my Instagram and I couldn’t tell you why, but one day I just stopped uploading and that was back in June, so I thought it was about time I got those brushes out and started to paint my face again. I wanted to do your typical Autumn glam, the warm tones, the dark lip and a simple, yet glowy, base.

Base:

With the base, I went for simple, glowy and natural. Autumn is the best year for the ultimate glam so why not go all out with the highlight and give your skin the sun kissed glow that it’s no longer getting from the sun.

  • Too Faced Primed and Poreless Primer
  • Rimmel Lasting Radiance Foundation in 100 Ivory
  • MAC Pro Longwear Concealer in NC15
  • NYX Can’t Stop Won’t Stop Powder Foundation in Alabaster
  • Revolution Pro x Nath Highlight Contour Palette
  • Anastasia Beverly Hills Dewy Set Setting Spray

Brows:

Brows, brows, brows; my favourite part of my makeup routine. I used to dread doing my brows because they would either take me so long or, if I rushed them, they would look like sharpie brows. Since using all my Benefit products I’ve been able to achieve the exact look I want each and every time and they don’t take me more than 5 minutes. I still haven’t got my brows done since the salons reopened, but I’m loving the naturally full brow at the moment.

  • Benefit Gimmie Brow in shade 4
  • Benefit Goof Proof Brow Pencil in shade 4

Eyes:

For the eyes, I wasn’t really sure what I was going for but I was really drawn the gold shimmer called ‘Coin’ and the green called ‘Top Secret’ and I knew I wanted to us them somehow. This is definitely not your everyday makeup look, although it may well be for someone, but it’s perfect for when you don’t want to spend too much time on a look, but still want to look glam. You could quite easily make this more of a day to night look by removing the lashes and even toning down the shimmer on the cut crease. Also ignore the fact that I forgot to put mascara on my lower lash line.

  • P.Louise Base in Rumour 02
  • Jaclyn Hill x Morphe Armed and Gorgeous Eye Palette (shades: Prowl, Secure, Access, Top Secret and Coin)
  • Revlon Precision Dark Lash Glue *gifted*
  • KoKo Lashes in Fifth Ave

Lips:

Now it’s time to bring the whole look together with the Lips. I went with your typical red lip because, let’s be honest, what else was I going to use this time of year. MAC is home to some of my all time fave lipsticks and this one is no exception. I first bought Partyline when I was about 14/15 and it’s been a go-to each autumn ever since; it’s really pigmented, super creamy and doesn’t bleed like lots of dark lipsticks do … even without a lip liner. I decided not to use a lip liner with this look because the red liner I have was way to bright for the look I was going for. I decided to add a little bit of Ruby Woo on the top to mattify it a little bit and make it a bit more red than burgundy.

  • MAC Cremesheen Lipstick in Party Line
  • MAC Retro Matte Lipstick in Ruby Woo
