My November Beauty Buys. | Blogmas

It seems to have been quite a while since I last wrote a haul post due to my spending ban in October but throughout November I did pick up a few things that I thought I would share with you. Considering it was Black Friday month I didn’t actually pick up too much, or as much as I normally do, even though it felt like I constantly had packages coming through the door; they were mostly Christmas gifts I’d bought for other people and things for my Blogmas posts coming this month. So, what did I pick up in this haul?

CND Shellac Nail Polish – Faux Fur:

Since buying my own nail lamp before the second lock down, I’ve been picking up new CND shellac polished every few weeks to build up my collection. During November I picked up the shade Faux Fur which is a stunning dark chocolate brown that’s perfect for this time of year. In some lights it looks black and in others it looks perfect. It’s such a versatile colour and goes with everything; so you don’t need to match an outfit to your nails. This polish would look so good with some Christmassy nail art and glitter!

Anastasia Beverly Hills Mini Lash Brag Mascara:

The next product I added to my cart was the ABH Mini Lash Brag Mascara with the Christmas ornament style packaging. I was actually intending to buy the full size version of this mascara, but seeing the cute little christmassy packaging, I just had to get this one instead; we all know I’m a sucker for some cute ass packaging. The wand is one of the main things that sells a mascara to me and this one looks is chunky, has a mix of long and shorter bristles which will coat each and every lash. I’m very excited to see how this makes my lashes look and I’m sure you’ll be reading a lot about this in future posts if I like this as much as I think I will.

Revolution Conceal & Hydrate Concealer:

I always have to have a backup of my trusty Revolution Conceal & Hydrate Concealer. Revolution has my all time favourite products across its whole range, but each of their concealers are the ones I reach for whether I want a full coverage, natural or full face glam look. This one particularly is full coverage, creamy and easy to blend. Not only this but it also doesn’t crease under the eyes or cause a flashback Mary situ; it’s everything you could want in a concealer. I picked up C4 this time which is a little more of a pink undertone, even though C5 seems to suit me a whole lot better but I like to have a few different shades in my collection. I did previously write a review of Revolutions Conceal & Define concealer, so if you would like to read that then you can click here.

Beauty Bay Day One Moisturiser:

I’m not going to lie, I did pick up this moisturiser to make up the order total to get free shipping. I’m always going to use moisturisers so thought it would be the best thing to pick up instead of something that I wouldn’t end up using; it was in the Black Friday sale too so it was less than a fiver. The bottle is 125 ml which gives you a lot for your money and it will last me a good while even with using it a few times a day. It’s like a 50/50 mix of a gel and cream formula, which makes it super hydrating whilst also sinking into the skin quickly. A few things that did sell this moisturiser to me was that it’s suitable for all skin types and it’s vegan and cruelty free. I’ve only been using this for coming up a week now but I’m looking forward to seeing how it works with my skin.

BH Cosmetics Nice Eye Palette:

I’ve had my eye on the Huda Beauty Naughty eye palette but as it’s limited edition it hasn’t had any deals or it (or any deals I’m aware of). So when I stumbled across the Bh Cosmetics Nice palette on the Beauty Bay site, I thought I would pick it up. It has those festive shades and quite a few shimmers; perfect for this season. I have’t tried any of Bh Cosmetics products myself, but I’ve heard lots of great things about their products and this palette was in the sale so I thought it was the perfect time to try it out.

Huda Beauty Naughty Eye Palette:

The last item I picked up during November was the Huda Beauty Naughty Eye Palette. I was going to ask for it for Christmas, but considering it’s limited edition I thought it would sell out easily before then. Over the Black Friday sales, I was waiting for this palette to be discounted but it just wasn’t anywhere, until a few nights ago when it was on Boots for over £10 off and I just couldn’t resist. It’s such a stunning palette, perfect for this time of year particularly. The package hasn’t arrived yet so I can’t make a judgement on it in real life, but if the Emerald palette I have is anything to go by, it’ll be brill. I will be doing a review on this palette so be sure to keep your eyes peeled for that!

Oh you’re so right. That BH Cosmetics Nice Eyes palette is the perfect Christmas palette. It has all the perfect Christmas shades! Can’t wait to see your Huda beauty one! I have one buried in my collection because I can’t bare to use it until I’ve got a pretty picture of it! Crazy I know!

Do you know, I think the Makeup Revolution Conceal and Hydrate Concealer has been discontinued!! I couldn’t find it anywhere when looking for it writing my empties post. I’m wearing and trying the Conceal and Hydrate Foundation for the very first time today and it was so impressive on application I almost fell of my chair! I must review it. The coverage is INSANE!

Ahh I’m just the same😂 too pretty to touch, but too pricey to never use ahh!! You’re joking, it’s like the best one. I found it in my Superdrug just over a month or so ago; I should’ve stocked up!! Ahh Revolution never fails to shock me either!! xx
