My Current Makeup Wishlist! | April 2020.

Hey everyone and welcome to a new post on my blog. For today’s post I thought I would share the makeup bits that are currently on my wish list. I love reading these sorts of posts or watching videos on other peoples wish lists because it gives me ideas for gifts to get other people or to put on my wish list too. So I hope this helps you do the same. Now let’s see what I’m looking to buy at the moment.

1. Kylie Cosmetics Lip Kit in KOKO K  || >> link <<

The first product on my wish list is the Kylie lip kit in Koko K. I used to have this 2/3 years ago when these lip kits were overly hyped and hard to get hold of. I had a few lip kits and this one has to be my favourite because it’s a perfect pale nude, pink and it suits my skin tone really well. I’m usually only a dark, browny nude kinda gal, but I think I have need in my lippy collection for something a little lighter.

2. Revolution Conceal & Define Infinite Concealer || >> link <<

When do I every have a wish list or a haul without at least one Revolution item? The answer is never. Revolution have recently come out with a new concealer, which is a step up from their original Conceal & Define range. This concealer is described as ‘The ultimate full-coverage, long wear concealer with 60 shades that has 16 hour wear with 20% more pigment and 20% more coverage. The formula has been infused with niacinamide, making it perfect for blemish prone skin with its soothing and anti-inflammatory properties.’  Does that not just sound like heaven in a tube? All for only £6 as well. Next time I’m making an order or in store (whenever they reopen) I’m deffo gonna have to try this out.

3. ColourPop Strawberry Shake Eye Palette || >> link <<

ColourPop is one of those brands that I have such a big wish list for, but because it’s not easily accessible in the UK, I haven’t got around to trying anything from them. I came across this Strawberry Shake Eye Shadow Palette on Depop not long ago and I’ve just fallen in love with it. It’s such a stunning palette and I can already see the looks I would create with it.

Just popping on the end of here to let you know that if you’re in the UK, like myself, and don’t want to pay heavy customs charges or delivery you can find the palette here. It is a little bit more pricey but it’s a whole lot easier and probably works out the same, if not cheaper, without all the extra charges if you were to order direct.

4. Smashbox Cover Shot Pinks + Palms Eye Palette || >> link <<

I’d never seen or heard of this palette before, but I came across this on Instagram the other night and I was stunned by how stunningly beautiful this palette is. I love the idea of this palette, it looks so perfect for summer. I don’t know if it’s been discontinued or if it’s just not available in the UK but I can only find it for sale on the Ulta website. Although I have palettes fairly similar to this in terms of colours, that green is really jumping out at me. I’d probably buy this palette just for that green not gonna lie.

5. Smashbox The Cali Contour Palette || >> link <<

I haven’t tried out many of Smashbox’s products so, as you can tell from this list, I clearly need to change that. Obviously the products are quite pricey due to them being high end but seeing as I’ve only got one high end face palette in my collection, I clearly need it .. right? This looks like the perfect bronze-y palette, with a contour shade, a couple of highlights, 2 bronzers and a blush. To be honest, the bronzed highlight shade may be a little bit dark for my pale skin, but summers coming up so with a tan it could like good. I don’t really wear blush all that often, but this blush looks like a nice deep shade that would particularly be great for more autumn/ winter in my opinion so at least it’s versatile enough to use all year round.

Thankyou so much for taking the time to read this post, I really hope you enjoyed the read and I will see you in a couple days with a new one.
