October Glossybox Unboxing. || Blogtober

It’s been a while since I’ve done an unboxing post because I cancelled my Birchbox subscription a few months ago. But, I was really missing that little box of goodies every month and Glossybox has looked so much better than Birchbox was, so I thought I would sign up to theirs instead. Let’s see what goodies came in the October box then.

The first item I received in this months box is the STYLondon Angel Eyeshadow Palette, which is a beautiful warm toned palette, with what I would call very autumnal colours. It’s says it’s a full size product and is worth £15. The colours are actually very pigmented and very smooth and creamy.

Next up is the Lord & Berry 20100 Maximatte Lipstick Crayon in Angellic Pink. I have searched this and it does have really good colour pay off. You do get a full size product which also retails at £15. The only problem I have with this product is that it’s a very pale pink colour, which isn’t really my colour so if it were a nude, I know I’d have liked it a lot more.

The Bubble T x Glossybox Angel Dust Foaming Bath Powder is one of the items that I was most excited to try, when I opened the box up. I haven’t used a Bath Powder before but I have heard that they’re really good and they’re really moisturising on the skin because it makes the bath like a milk (if that makes any sense). This again is a full sized product and it retails at £5 which I don’t think is too expensive, but I’m sure that there are cheaper ones on the market.

Next up we have the MCoBeauty Eye Define Crayon Liner and I haven’t actually got around to trying this out yet. But from a quick swatch I think this will be very easy to apply onto the eye and you can even smoke it out a bit for a smokey eye effect. This is said to retail at £15, which is a bit more pricey than a lot of eye pencils, so hopefully the quality and wear time of the price fits with the price point.

Last up is the Que Bella Professional Illuminating Holographic Peel off Mask and I’m actually really excited to see if this does what the name says it will. I don’t really like peel off masks because they can be slightly painful and also a bit messy too, but I think this will be really good for peeling any dry skin away (as gross as it sounds) and cleaning out any pores. This one retails at just £2.49, so it’s the cheapest product in the box but I wouldn’t underestimate it just because it’s so cheap. I do hope this one will be good because who doesn’t love a bargain?

Overall I am very please with this months box as there are lots of new products and brands for me to try which I may not have otherwise heard about. The box this month is worth a total of £52.49 and this costs just £10!! If that doesn’t make you want to try it out, even just once, then I don’t know what will.

Thank you so much for taking the time to read this post, I really hope you enjoyed reading about what bits came in October’s Glossybox. I can’t wait to see what comes in next months box.
