My Home Workout Routine! - Beginner


For today's post I wanted to do something a little different and share my home workout routine with you all. As it's a new year, one of my resolutions are to be healthier and to do more exercise, so I thought it was the perfect time to share my routine with you all!

Just a quick disclaimer, I'm not very big on fitness so I don't know what burns the most calories etc. But I have noticed this routine has started to make a difference over the past few weeks!!

30 second interval between each!

(20 reps 3 sets)

Normal crunches
Crunches w legs bent
Crunches w floating legs (straight)
Reverse crunches
Elbow to knee crunches
Sitting twist
Butterfly sit-up
Raised leg circles
Raised leg hold
Crunch kicks

(45 sec- 1 min)

Plank normal
Elbow plank
One side plank (each)


(20 reps 3 sets)

Legs raises
Flutter kicks
Scissors
Bicycle Crunch 
Roll ups
Knee ups

(35 reps and 3 sets)

Squats
Sumo squats
Tip toe squats
Jump squats


So there you have it, my home workout routine, sometimes I change it up a bit or run up and down the stairs ... which Victoria Beckham does, so it must work haha!! I try to do this at least twice, if not 3 times a week!
