My Top 5 Drugstore Foundations Under £15!

Hey there and welcome back to a new post on my blog. Today I will be sharing my top 5 favourite drugstore foundations and they’re all under £15. For me, the base is the most important part of any look, because if your base looks good, you whole look ,looks good. There’s nothing worse than having a foundation that sets in the fine lines, clings to dry patches or looks cakey. So I wanted to share 5 of my favourite drugstore foundations, with you all!

EX1 Invisiwear –

I’m sure you’ve all heard me talk about this foundation a lot on my blog, but I couldn’t not include it. I still don’t understand how this is soo cheap as right now it’s on sale for just £10. Although the foundation comes out quite thick, it blends really well and has a lightweight feel. This reminds me of more high end expensive foundations like the MAC Studio Fix Fluid.

If you would like me to do a Dupes posts on all my favourite high-end products and their dupes please let me know in the comments!

Bourjois Healthy Mix –

The Bourjois Healthy Mix is everything! I’ve been using it on and off for 4 or 5 years because it just works so well. I love this foundation because all of the shades are yellow toned … well they all seem to be but the few shades I’ve tried deffo are. Yellow under toned Foundations work really well for my skin as I have quite red/bad skin due to acne so the  yellow tones just cancel that out. This foundation has a really nice fruity scent … not as much as the old packaging healthy mix foundation, but this still does slightly … and it has medium, buildable coverage with a lightweight feel. I have combination skin and this foundation seems to work well with the oily parts of my face as well as the dry patches.

Max Factor Face Finity –

This foundation is quite new to my collection, but I have really been liking it. I accidentally bought a shade thats too pale for my skin tone, meaning that I’ve been mixing it with my darker foundations, so I haven’t had a chance to try it out on it’s own … but either way I’ve been liking it. This foundation has quite a thin consistency that gives a light – medium coverage, but it is buildable without looking cakey.

No7 Stay Perfect –

My next fave is the No7 Stay Perfect Foundation which I have been using for quite a few years now … it’s one of those trusty foundations that I can rely on and keep going back to. This foundation gives a medium coverage, it stays on all day without going patchy … it’s said to last 24 hours but I don’t think anyone will keep it on that long … and it doesn’t cling to dry patches. It also is very lightweight on the skin … you can probably see a pattern forming here … it’s just got everything you’d want in a foundation.

Rimmel Lasting Finish 25 Hour Breathable –

My last favourite is the new Rimmel Breathable Foundation. I have been using this so much over the past few weeks and I have been really loving it. It gives a medium coverage, but it’s so light on the skin, so it looks fairly natural! I really would recommend this to anyone who doesn’t like heavy foundations, but wants good coverage. Also as it’s a ‘breathable’ foundation, it won’t block the pores and won’t cause spots … well I haven’t broken out since using it!

So, what are your go-to drugstore foundations? Let me know in the comments below and I will see you soon with a new post!
