April Favourites

The Body Shop Vitamin C Glow Boosting Moisturiser: This moisturiser is new to my collection and I've been using it everyday since I bought it. It's really helped to hydrate my skin and it makes my skin look glowy & look much healthier. If you have dry skin or just want to look more glowy and brighter then you with just LOVE this!

Garnier Micellar Cleasning Gel Wash: I have been using Micellar Water for a couple of years now and I held of from buy this because I thought it would be exactly the same. However, after seeing so many reviews about this I finally decided to give it a try. Although this is good for removing your makeup, I like to remove my makeup first with the micellar water and  then use this to clean off the excess. My skin always feels so soft after using and it's like it give it a new lease of life after being covered in makeup all day.

Nip + Fab Dragon's Blood Hyaluronic Shot: This product is also quite new to my collection but I've really been loving this because it's also helped rescue my dry skin. I feel that this works best when you put it on before going to bed so it has to whole night for an intense re-hydrating treatment.

EX1 Invisiwear Liquid Foundation (Shade F100): The Invisiwear Foundation is by far one of the best foundations I have ever used and for just £12.50 you can't go wrong. It has just the right coverage to cover blemishes to look flawless without looking cakey and is super easy to blend. This is one of the few foundations that I have found that blends well with both a beauty blender and makeup brushes. This bottle has lasted me a good 3 months and you can see I still have loads left (admittedly I only use this a couple of times a week) and I also have to mix it with a white foundation mixer due to this being too dark. When I bought this foundation they only had 5 shades (F100 to F500) however, now they have many more! This works really well with my skin type which is combination for reference.

Benefit Goof Proof Brow Pencil (Shade 03 Medium): When doing my makeup my brows, along with my base, are the most important things that I focus on and HAVE to get right! I have really been loving this pencil as it has a really nice long, thin nip to it which helps to to fill in right where you need to. The pencil also has a built-in spoolie on the other end and it's also WATERPROOF. I would really recommend this if you want to skip the sharpie brow look and have natural looking fluffy brows!

L'Oreal Volume Million Feline Mascara: You may have seen me mention this mascara in my recent Boots Haul and since trying it I have become obsessed. Mascara is always one of the last products that I apply when doing my makeup, along with lipstick, so I don't like to spend to long on it. With the angled brush it really helps to curl your lashes - without having to use curlers. It also says that it's infused with Argan and Camellia Oil which helps to condition your lashes but I think it's also helped to thin the product so it doesn't clump up your lashes.

Boots Haul:

Nyx Butter Gloss (Creme Brulee): The Butter glosses are some of my favourite glosses out there and they have been for years. They feel so creamy on the lips instead of sticky like many other glosses, even more expensive ones and for just £5.50 they really are worth it. Creme Brulee is a really nice nudey pink shade which I really like for Spring.

Nyx Matte Lip Cream (Sao Paulo): The Soft Matte Lip Creams are also incredible because they don't feel dry on the lips and they don't feel like you're really wearing anything. Sometimes I go to top up the colour and then I look in the mirror and I realize it's not budged, even after eating!! I really do recommend these, but I would say these aren't particlarly matte, I'd say they're more like the liquid suedes, however, with a quick dab on a tissue or something they instantly go matte!
