Make-Up Haul! Morphe, Mac etc..

I have a massive obsession with Make-Up and can't help myself but to keep buying more and trying out new brands/products so I thought that I'd do a haul to show you all what I purchased and share my thoughts on them.

The first item that I picked up was the Morphe 35K Koffee Palette back in December and it has now become  my Go-To. This palette retails at £23.50 which I think is a really good price for 35 high quality shadows. The majority of the shadows are neutral shades and they're a mixture Matte and Satin finishes meaning that you can create many different looks with it for both everyday and more glam looks if you were to add some lashes.

The next product I bought was the Mac Studio Face and Body Foundation 120 ml in the shade C2 and it retails at £29.50.  This foundation is a very lightweight, water based foundation with a natural finish which is perfect for every day. I really recommend this foundation to people with dry skin as I have very dry skin and this foundation doesn't cling to dry patches which leaves the foundation looking even. So far I am really liking this and I feel that it is really worth the money as you get a lot of product in the bottle.

Recently, I have really been loving wearing false lashes so I picked up a few pairs from I really like this website for false lashes as they sell so many different brands including Peaches & Cream, Lily Lashes , House of Lashes and many more. They also have free first class delivery which takes around 1 working day to arrive so this is a really good website to use if you're in urgent need of some new lashes.  I picked up some Peaches & Cream lashes in the style No.1 and No.9 and they retail at £3.95. I picked up these styles as  they're both long and wispy which are suitable for every day and more glam looks. I had never used Peaches & Cream lashes before buying  these and I wish I had found them earlier as they're so well priced compared to a lot of other brands.

Next up is the Chloe Ferry Liquid Lipstick in the shade Envy. I really love trying out different Lip products  so I thought I'd try out Chloe's range. I find a lot of Matte Liquid Lipsticks to be very drying, however, Chloe's feel like you're not even wearing any lipstick. These lipsticks last all day, don't transfer and they smell amazing too. I really recommend these Liquid Lipsticks, especially to those who are on a budget, as an alternative to those companies like Kylie Cosmetics. These retail at £14.99 which  one of the cheapest high-end make-up brands (I think these would be classed as high-end) I have found for Liquid Lipsticks and considering how good the quality is I think they're priced really well.

The last product that I purchased was the Nyx Pro Foundation Mixer  in the white shade which retails a £7.50. These come in a few other shades including a darker shade, a warmer shade and an olive shade. I decided to pick this up  because, as I have very pale skin at the moment, I  find it hard to find a foundation shade that matches me perfectly, especially if they're from the drugstore. This really helps me to match foundations seamlessly to my skin tone, cause no-one wants their face and neck to be two different colours do they? I would really recommend this to anyone who finds it hard to match their foundation or if you've accidentally bought the wrong shade and don't want it going to waste. If you can't get your hands on this The Body Shop do an incredible one too.

Skincare | My Current Skincare Favourites!

I love hearing about other peoples skincare favourites so I thought I'd let you all know about some skincare products that I have been loving recently.

The Mario Badescu Drying Lotion (RRP £13)  is new to my skincare routine and I have been trying it out over the past few weeks. I'd never tried any products from Mario Badescu before but after hearing nothing but good reviews on the product I knew I had to give it a go. I have suffered with very bad acne for years now and I have tried so many different cleansers/ moisturisers and scrubs but nothing seemed to work. However, after just one use  of the Drying Lotion the majority of my spots had dried out and had almost gone. I now swear by this and use this on any break out. The bottle is pretty small, however, you only need to tiniest bit and so it lasts so long. I've barley use a quarter of it and I've used it every night for nearly a month!
